At Royal Zara, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you need to exchange an item, please review the guidelines below

Eligibility for Exchange

  • You can exchange an item purchased at full price for another size or style (Courier charges apply.)
  • Items must be new, unused, and returned with all brand tags attached.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

Important Notes

  • No Exchanges on Sale Items.
  • Use a Reliable Courier Service – We recommend using registered post or a trusted courier to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost parcels.
  • Store Credit Option – If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for your next purchase.
  • Price Differences – If the new item costs more than the original, you’ll need to cover the price difference. If it’s lower, the balance will be added as store credit.
  • Exchange Denial – If the returned item is not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.
